Weee... I can feel the stitches floating around in there... it seems the thread is a bit loose.

Dentist gave me the OK to clip them (how the **** am I going to do that?) but not to pull on them -_-

Drove to the dentist.

Walked in the door.

30 minutes later I walked out with all 4 wisdom teeth removed.

Drove to CVS.

Grabbed my vicodin.

Never had any pain or issues.

Was one of the easiest things I've ever done.

I remember the stitches were so annoying- kept playing with them with my tongue! Felt so weird, haha.

If there is someone you would trust to do it, maybe get someone else to snip the stitches?

FFS, really? Took me over an hour, could stand up by myself afterwards and was in pain for 5 days lol.

They give you permission to snip the stitches because they know it's physically impossible... LOL Mine floated around in the back for a while, too. You get used to it about the time the stitches need to come out.

I had 3 of mine done at once (I don't actually have a 4th). The removal was a breeze. I had very little bleeding (wet tea bags help with that, just fold 'em and put 'em back there), but discovered the Vicodin and I don't get along. Puking while your wisdom teeth hurt is bad bad juju.

I got lucky and got infected. It's a great way to lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks, but not one I'd recommend to anyone.

I went under, and was high as a kite coming out.

I can't believe you drove after that...I'd have killed a ton of people if I'd driven home if I could have even found my car.

when I broke my jaw the oral surgeon decided to just yank all 4 out while he was in there. I was wired shut for a long time letting the break mend so no loss.

I am missing a back molar from the experience so I had someplace to get the food through and swallow. Best meal I had the entire time was a boiled dinner that was liquified in the blender. tasted exactly like it would if it hadn't been blenderized. very tasty

Then after an Oatmeal Cranberry and Double Chocolate,
it made my new vagina spontaneously sing the Trolololo Song in an elevator.

I had about a 15 minute bout of pain while I was waiting at CVS for my vicodin. They had screwed up my prescription, and had to do it over again, and some of the novicaine was wearing off on the top. The bottom was numb for half the night, the top wore off pretty quick, but as soon as I popped my first pill, never felt pain again.

I only had the gas when I had them done... so there really wasn't any meds there to mess with my head. I didn't get to take my first Vicodin until I got home, about an hour later... I had to pull off the road to do my first change-out of the gauze because I live more than 30 minutes from where my dentist is...

I made the trip during 5 o'clock traffic too... it was not fun. Still though, even on 1 Vicodin ES I am fine driving... it doesn't really hit me until I've taken 2 (1500 ML)

but yeah; might get to have see if a friend can snip it with some nail scissors... if not I'll just try not to worry about it... we'll see if that works out.

Going to have to get some gatorade or something... not being able to drink carbonated stuff means I'm stuck with water unless I plan ahead

EDIT: That reminds me... the back of my mouth was numb for the whole procedure... but for like the last 2-3 hours of the numbing wearing off it switched to the front of my mouth... which was really annoying
