Got 2 Widsom Teeth Removed Yesterday...

I had all 4 out at once. Had pizza the next day. I took one regular tylenol before going to bed after the surgery. I didn't have any swelling, I think that's what gives people all the pain and suffering.
I did drool a lot of blood the first day but that was it. After that it was just a matter of keeping the holes clean till they healed up.

4 out at once, was halfway knocked out which basically means I don't remember it hurting.
woke up crying, wish they would have told me to expect this, that it's normal... I couldn't stop and felt ridiculous.
spent that night really doped up with cotton in my mouth, no stitches so it bled for a while.
went to training for work the next day. ate soft foods for a week.
my only advice is that after your stiches come out if you have any type of hole do not eat egg salad, or really any type of egg with a solid white, it's rubbery and gets stuck in the holes and the irrigation syringe doesn't shoot it out.

I heard horror stories before getting mine pulled as well. But there was no pain at all during, or after, even after the freezing was gone. But he did not pull them out in 1 piece. he broke them up first. Not sure if that's how its always done or not.
