My husband used to have an Audi TT. There wasn't enough room in the car for a spare tire, not even a donut. So the manufacturer would put in a patch kit and a can of fix-a-flat. I kid you not.

Some cars are no longer even coming with a spare. Fix a flat type of inflator in a can or run flat tires.

Im driving the wife's 07 Honda Odessy on 95 into work this morning. I'm thinking "mmmph, seems a little loud this morning.." Van still driving ok. straight even.. credit to Honda on that. Woman pulls up on the side of me and beeps her horn.. I look over... she points to my back tire.
I take the next exit and pull into a Sunoco. nice screw inthe tire, and it's almost flat. I didn't feel it.. at all.. strange.... But anyway, I try to put air in it to get to work. The tire starts to fill a litle and then completly blows up in my face. I think I was deaf for 30 seconds. Ok, look for the spare. where is the freakin thing?? I look all over for it.No tire... none NONE!!!
Ok now what do I do.. There is a service station about 1/4-1/2 mile up the road. I could call triple A but they took like 4 hours last time I called them eff that. I drove it to the service station. The wife just took this in for service and she was told the tires are fine.. well, they are not fine, the front 2 are very bald very blad
well, this turned into almost a 700 dollar morning
