i think my taste bud's salt setting is set to 'high'

i only lightly salt meat at most and scrape most of the salt off pretzels and crackers...i don't think of health concerns when doing it, luckily my bp is normal

I think most mainstream high level chefs season their food, and it is considered "normal". Chef Gordon Ramsey would be like Wut? No salt? Are you bloody mad? Come off it and piss off and go bugger yourself or whatever it is British people say when they're mad.

I hope you don't invite people over often, or tell them to bring a salt shaker when you do. I mean, I can totally understand not wanting to over-salt food because it isn't healthy, but not adding any salt to food is "bleh"...and bland.
