That's from an awesome place that is just far enough away from here to be inconvenient. Plus the place is closed during the winter.
However, there's a delightfully close place that does a fantastic prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays. OMG. No other prime rib has come even close.

My first choice would be prime rib if it's a decent restaurant.

There is a pretty good argument to be made that, if you're going to go out and pay someone $30 for a steak, you might as well pay them $35 and get the good one.
