Ribeye is my favorite
If the only ones they have are way too big for me to eat, I will just get a strip or filet.

ribeye.
It's the easiest one to cook, I've noticed.
If it's a nicer place, I sometimes get a filet, but random ass steakhouse chains tend to screw those up.

Ribeye. 
That's from an awesome place that is just far enough away from here to be inconvenient. Plus the place is closed during the winter.
However, there's a delightfully close place that does a fantastic prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays. OMG. No other prime rib has come even close.
