That's from an awesome place that is just far enough away from here to be inconvenient. Plus the place is closed during the winter.
However, there's a delightfully close place that does a fantastic prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays. OMG. No other prime rib has come even close.
I want that now!

I do it myself at home too, yeah.
It's pretty easy. I use this way:

Just make sure you have a vent on, it gets a little smokey.

I will perhaps order the rib eye next time. I usually order the filet since I like them super tender and bloody.

I want to go somewhere that has good prime rib. I've honestly had some "okay" prime rib once. I never understood why people rave about it, but apparently I just have had bad luck.
The "okay" prime rib was at a Logans. I've always heard that prime rib requires horse radish. I asked for horse radish and she looked at me like I was an alien.
