Yeah, they really were. Too much smog crap and they had seriously been tuned down by then. That's why OI limited it to 72. And Mangler just doesn't understand the concept of muscle cars. I bet he drives a riceburner.

The guy i bought it from put a 350 in it left the stock three on the floor and put 4:11s ( not sure if it was 4:11 or 4:10)
but its geared way high it cruises at about 35 in first gear
