tried Venom once...smelled and tasted like penicillin.

I love the taste of Sugar Free Red Bull, but I don't get much of boost from them at all.
Mostly, I just stick with coffee.

I think a great number of them can cause heart damage as well. If too many are consumed.

alot of them raise blood pressure and heart rate while acting as vasoconstrictors. so yes, they can be dangerous if used too frequently. i only use the heavy duty stuff like the preworkout i mentioned earlier three times a week and at low dose levels. anything can be dangerous if used improperly. its like vitamin pills. take one a day and its good for you. take 5 a day and your going to screw your body up.
