I use a prework out booster also  used to use Jack3d. These days I only use them before I actually work out. Coffee all day though, I drink coffee constantly at work |

I'd like to try one of those pre-workout things but I have just started adding energy bars (like from the health food store) and almonds. I don't like eating chemicals and stuff. Although I don't know what is in those powder things.

I've tried jack3d before. It was great. Did a 3 hour workout(swim, run, rowing, paddling) and felt awesome through the whole thing. Makes you tingly too.
Haven't bought any myself though.

the thing in the powder mixes for preworks recently that really makes the biggest difference is dimethylamylamine. might as well be a legal version of speed just without the addictive quality. it makes things like 5 hour energy seem totally weak in comparison.
edit
jacked3d does have the dimethylamylamine in it, so thats why it worked so well. the tingly sensation was the beta alanine.

Here's an newcomer in the caffeine drug market. Apparently, one can inhale enough of these in 30 seconds to equal 12 cups of coffee and then you can drink an obscene amount of alcohol and still be conscious.
