It always used to be a Mt Dew or some kind of soda in the morning. I prefer the pep i get for my day with energy drinks more.

After the one I drink when waking up...it's pretty much nothing but water all day long. it's so dry here I just got into the habit of drinking tons of water at work/home.

I drink a mason jar full of strong coffee every morning, and a 24 oz blue (low carbs) monster almost every afternoon.

Daddy Hyper needs his energy.

You should buy the Monster in bulk... Much cheaper.

I buy them by the case from COSCO, I keep them at home and at work.

I only buy them single on the road when I am doing my motorcycle touring.

more like daddy needs to get sleep and stop having sleep apnea

That is a very true comment, I have it bad, I can't sleep for more than 3 hours at a time without waking up.

I'd like to try one of those pre-workout things but I have just started adding energy bars (like from the health food store) and almonds. I don't like eating chemicals and stuff. Although I don't know what is in those powder things.

I've tried jack3d before. It was great. Did a 3 hour workout(swim, run, rowing, paddling) and felt awesome through the whole thing. Makes you tingly too.

Haven't bought any myself though.

It is really intense. I use something called Assault now, jack3d always some reason got too humid inside and it all got really hard and unusable. Gotta stir it everyday I guess

Assault works awesome though

dude that stuff is caffeine + random amounts of other things that probably don't make a difference in those dosages

caffiene pills are way cheaper.

i get it from Nutrishop. although the few nutrishops around here dropped from the company and renamed themselves Total Nutrition last month because the owners of the nutrishop label decided to cut out some products and focus more strongly on others they got kickbacks from. so our local stores owner dropped from the nutrishop label so he could carry a wider variety of supplements. so i'm not sure if regular nutrishops will still carry it or not. mine did before they dropped from the company so most likely they will but its hard to say, i have no idea which supplements the company was planning to drop that made them decide to go independent.

i did find it here when i googled it - http://www.pointblanknutrition.com/core-active-g-speed-watermelon-60-servings-4930.html

but its a little more expensive and you'd have to pay shipping. worth the money though considering how well it works. the only thing i don't like is it has splenda in it which i'm sensitive to but the serving size is so small that so far it hasn't bothered me.

energy drinks never seem to work for me. The few I have tried (amp, red bull, bawls, and another one I can't think of) have never worked on any occasion I have tried them...Bawls was the best tasting of them, but they don't sell it around here anywhere I have seen (and yes, I'm well aware I just said I like the taste of bawls).
