this situation is pretty ridiculous. common sense says you don't use a weapon against an individual unless they're threatening you or someone else's well being.
As far as the flower goes, if they insist on taking away the off leash park, they should replace it with other lands nearby.

One of the very few things you can count on in life is CHANGE but consider this.
The people who frequented the thousands of acres for (at least) 32 peaceful years probably did so in relative anonymity.
They appeared to coexist harmoniously with nature and that is why the 'rare' plant is still flowering there.
Enter the government with restrictions, upheaval and violence.

if the park has leash laws people should obey them, if you don't like them have the law change. other wise tazer those !@#$$. thinking they are above the law.

Dog owners who were there before the park moved in are clearly in the right. Also, those precious flowers were fine with the dogs for 32 years, why all of a sudden they need protected.
