I'm thinking a bit of personal information

But what do you think are some good things to include in this answer?

Age, something about where you grew up, perhaps a hobby you enjoy, penis size

What do you guys think?

"I like snowboarding, traveling, and house music."

They just want to get a feel for who you are, that you're a social person not a shut-in, and that you have a life...or the political correct term "you're well rounded". And that you can answer a simple, open, question without losing your mind or drawing a blank.

They're looking for 2 things. You self image and anything you may say that points out positive or negative traits.

Eh I kinda disagree.

In most cases they'll have your resume right there with your work history and education right on it.

I would kind of think they're looking for something they can't find on your resume

bingo.

If you go to just your education/work...you don't make a personal connection and there is nothing to separate you from all the other applicants.

Well, you have about 2 minutes to tell, so use it wisely.

You might be surprised at how little of your resume actually gets read and how few of the folks you interview with have even bothered to read that little bit of it...
