It is so obvious. While a minimum wage is surely unconstitutional, it is after all just a wage minimum....a floor. A minimum wage is a micro tool that saves companies money on a macro level. It's a starting point in a salary contract negotiation, plain and simple. The only conceivable reason millions of Americans are paid that minimum wage is based solely off the fact that they are poor negotiators. If that wage floor is abolished, and some people are paid 30 cents per hour by a corporation, again, it is surely only because that one employee applicant is not a skilled negotiator.
This principle works in exactly the same way all price points work. For example, the only reason we pay prices listed in grocery stores is because we are not a skilled enough negotiator to get those prices reduced at the point of sale. At every purchase (micro), we do a profanity job of haggling down the price of the canned beets we're buying, which means the store doesn't budge off its listed price (macro).

If you are self employed, you can voluntarily work for less than minimum wage. But you can't voluntarily work for less than minimum wage if you are an employee of that same person doing the exact same job.

When dealing with a vendor like a grocery store, they don't usually change their prices based on haggling, but by how many people buy an item at a given price.
When I shop for groceries and see an item that I'd like that costs more than I think it should, I put it in my basket, take it to the checkout counter and then mention to the checker that I won't be buying it because of it's price. It's about the only action I think might make any active difference in the way they price stuff.

Minimum wage jobs are for teenagers. They're not for adults to try to raise a family on. If you dont dont have marketable skills or a degree by the time you're 25, then you lost at the game of life.

Listed at 12.9 million, that's a huge bargain.
