Were there times you only had one pair of shoes? No, I'm a girl. I love shoes

Did you roam the neighborhood with your family lawn mower looking for lawns to mow for money? No , but i did my Grandma's Lawn and ours for free.

Did you survive all of your childhood and not once ever eat at a fast food joint? No

Would you see/hear commercials for fast food places and wonder what the food was like? No

Did many meals consist of Spam? LOL yes, but not because of being poor, I'm from Hawaii.

Did you eat salmon cakes made from canned Pink Salmon? Never had Salmon until I was an older teen.

Did you roam the neighborhood with your family lawn mower looking for lawns to mow for money? NO Ours was enough to maintain.

Did you survive all of your childhood and not once ever eat at a fast food joint? NO

Would you see/hear commercials for fast food places and wonder what the food was like? NO

Mom was divorced when I was three but my father was a big part of my life too. He had to work two jobs so I had more toys at his house on the weekends.

I can remember a one bedroom apartment and my bed was in the den that was off the kitchen.

Lots of mac and cheese and pan fried hamburger meat with ketchup mixed in. I think that was the alternating dinner menu for a while.

My mom gave up a lot so I could have some things.

Making me think about this is making me get a lot of flashbacks all of a sudden. Stuff I have not thought about for twenty + years...Freaky.
