...open up here in Vegas. I went in and it is a great store to buy stuff that you use and go through daily at a great price. A lot of their stuff that was 1 dollar was smaller versions of bigger packaged things that I buy often. And a lot of them averaged out being cheaper buying 3 1 dollar smaller versions than the larger version that cost me 4+ dollars.
I don't go there ALL the time (not everything is a dollar), but many things are and I hit it up once every 2 weeks to stock up and such.

When I grill out for a bunch of my family I get the cups, paper plates, throw away table clothes and cheap plastic utensils there.
Other than that... never.

Sometimes, there are 1, 5 and I think 10 (mostly clothes and stuff) around here. All fun for a wander through and some stuff you can get much cheaper as long as you don't care so much about brand and super high quality.
