"Our research program focuses on brain mechanisms that predispose to antisocial personality disorder, psychopathy, crime and violence. We have found reduced glucose metabolism in the prefrontal cortex in murderers, together with glucose reductions in the corpus callosum, left angular gyrus, and abnormal asymmetries in the amygdala, hippocampus, and thalamus. Prefrontal deficits particularly characterize impulsive, affective murderers as opposed to predatory murderers.
We have also been finding structural brain deficits in violent offenders in the community. Such individuals with antisocial personality disorder have an 11% reduction in the volume of gray matter in the prefrontal cortex as assessed by structural MRI compared to control groups, together with reduced autonomic activity during a social stressor. The orbitofrontal cortex and middle frontal gyrus seem to be particularly compromised."

The first sentence of the article pretty much laid the groundwork for the whole piece.
It goes from African American male to White male. I have a Dominican friend that is black. And he corrects people all of the time. He gets called African American. He says he isnt African. He is American. And if you dont want to call him black, call him Dominican American.

Funny how the AP calls the shooter a white guy, I guess trying to fan the racial flames, but reality is the shooter is a big fat latino.

No, the reality is the shooter is an idiot with extremely poor judgement that will no doubt end up in prison for 10 years or so if he is lucky.

What does that have to do with the Associated Press calling him a white male in their articles?

i'd rather understand what creates them, how to identify them, and therefore how to prevent this kind of stuff from happening.
