Didn't do it as suggested when you wake up before getting out of bed, but just did it now and did 10 beats in 10 seconds so 60 bpm I guess.

The average resting heart rate is 60-80 bpm.
So, 80 is average, and a bpm under 60 is generally found in conditioned athletes, which non of you PA.

An hour after I take my heart medication in the morning it's about 65.
An hour before I take my heart medication in the morning it's about 125.
Meh.
