78 but thats after drinking a redbull and a coke and im at work not sitting on my lazy ass at home.

Edit: 3 weeks ago mine was right around 100-120 due to chronic pain and my blood pressure was 140/120 but i finally found some one that seems to be helping my and my blood pressure is back to normal.

actually if you stay in shape it'll stay low as long as there are no medical conditions to cause it. 80 or above is a poor resting heart rate at any age.



People are now saying right when you wake up -- 80 was a late in the day by the computer number at any rate.... I mean it is just 76 right now being morningish and probably 72 if I checked it when I woke up... Then again I would have been in the 50s under those conditions 20 years ago.
