my lowish reading from the other day is what made me think to post this. i had caffeine in my system as well as having just got off work and being stressed out and barely off my feet for more than a few seconds and it was still 56. it used to be around 80 a few years ago before i managed to get back into shape so i'm pretty happy with it.

with my asthma/nerve meds and the arrhythmia i've had since i was born, i think i rest at 110-120. and that's on a pill to slow it the fk down.
