All of Mexico has a terrible reputation despite that fact that most states in Mexico are perfectly safe for tourists. Don't go to Chiapas, yeah. But Oaxaca should be safe as long as you don't go looking for trouble.

this country is broke, and the president thinks it ok to send his child on a vacation that costs runs into the millions.
I am betting they took a C-17 to haul all the armored suvs and vehicles and a smaller jet was need to haul that group of people to Mexico, then the fact they probably had to rent the whole hotel,also never mind the per diem and salaries of all the staff involved.
just so a teenager gets to go to mexico with her friends.
president needs to learn to lead by example.

They went to Mexico to get away from the coming Asteroid that is going to hit the northern hemisphere in the next 24 hours, killing everybody in the northern hemisphere.
