substance abuse has always been the easiest option
Though, the preferred activities would be sex, mindless nature experiences (just being completely out there or staring at the sky/ocean) or video games.

What's your preferred activity to clear your head? |
anime. preferably something disturbing and psychotic. anyone from the anime boards here has a good idea what i mean, especially from some recent posts i bet.
secondary to that intense exercise or sex. after that...killing things mindlessly in a game and listening to music i guess. in fact music goes well with pretty much everything here except watching anime although even that works if i'm watching AMV's.

I drink until I pass out, spend the next 3 days so hungover it hurts to breathe, spend the 4 days after that slowly returning to "normal"......a week after the incident I wake up and feel good and marvel at how wonderful it is. My head is clear and I'm ready for anything.
