What's your preferred activity to clear your head? |
Mine would have to be walking, especially in the evenings when i can get lost in my thoughts and not run into anyone else. I have a big 3-mile loop mapped out that i walk along, it's really relaxing.

I walk around outside my building every hour or so to clear my head. Takes around 12 minutes

Maybe by intense I mean intensely long.
Not like I'm doing straight cardio or sprints for 3 hours.
