I own numerous PC's (desktops and laptops) and a Macbook Pro. I like them all. My personal preference is a PC for my desktop and a MBP for my laptop. I have found this gives me the flexibility I appreciate. I prefer the design and construction of my MBP over comparable PC laptops as well as the addition of OS X for some of my creative projects. I run Windows on it in bootcamp along with Backtrack Linux in a VM for penetration testing so it really gives me the best of 3 worlds. Uh oh, I guess this makes me one of those 99% tech illiterates referenced above
