how can you be charged with arson for burning down your own house? outside of trying to commit insurance fraud.

i'm quite certain just about everywhere it is illegal to burn your own home on several levels.
if the family feelings is not a factor WHY DID YOU BRING IT UP?
you have many rights on what do do with your property, not ALL rights.
and lastly, for the what 4th time, i never said it was OK, but it's certainly not OK to physically assault (or worse) someone for a harmless act involving snow, eggs or toilet paper.

because I have googled it 5 different ways and the only time is when insurance fraud is committed.
