When I was a kid I remember being downtown waiting for the bus with my mom. I was trying to throw the snowball over the cars that were driving by. Instead it went SPLAT right in the passenger side window of a cruiser.

regardless of bank note or the money that your going to loose in insurance claim, then why cant you burn your house to the ground?
is there any law that says you cant?
