He didn't taze anyone, he didn't punch anyone, he didn't DO anything.
Should he be reprimanded and forced to sit through some training on when to pull your gun? Sure.

jesus christ, it's a friggen snowball...should he have freaked out on the sky for dropping snowflakes on him?
did people in the snowball fight pull guns on each other?
was it directed AT him or was it a stray snowball?
and if he had such a problem, why did he repeatedly tell the crowd to throw snowballs.
PLUS no one knew he was a cop to begin with, nor did they have any way of knowing.

so if your driving down the road and its ok for a group of people to start pelting your car with snowballs?

I guess whenever a cop does anything job related he better pull out his gun. Pull someone over for a broken head light better pull out that pistol. What if things get escalated?
