The police officer reacted soundly, thousands of people die every year from rogue snowball attacks
They're the perfect weapon as they slip through metal detectors easily, but are as simple to use -- and kill with --- that a child is able to handle it

Not only that, but they are so easy to manufacture now, even when it's not wintertime. You just have to buy an ice shaving machine like the one I have and insta-snowballs, any time of year.
