That is the first time I've seen someone reported as White Hispanic. Curious choice. They want to blame white people for something a Latino did.

White - Hispanic is a very common label.
seems silly to me, but it's true.
i filled out a form recently that me being a white i had to select White - non hispanic.
OH, and some of the biggest race issues right now are Hispanic v. Black, especially gang related...has everything to do with race.
