Hand-tossed crust. Normal amount of sauce. Normal cheese. Toppings: salami, pepperoni, ground beef, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, maybe some onions too. Plenty of cheese on top to hold it all together. Try ordering a pizza like that from Pizza Hut online and a box pops up warning you that 5 or more toppings won't cook correctly. Well, duh, you idiots...you run them through an oven that's got a moving rack and it won't cook the right way. The right way is in a pizza oven.

Chipotle sauce
Pepperoni
Pineapple
Jalapenos
Serranos
Garlic
Sun dried tomatos
More sauce

The best pizza is always tucked into some alley and down some stairs. It never stays long because the pizza changes once word spreads. There's no way to explain it other than wizards.

Depends on what I'm in the mood for...
Sometimes i want a mega thick pizza with tons of meat and cheese on it. Sometimes a simple crust with just pepperoni and mushrooms. Sometimes a thin crust with spinach/mushrooms/feta/olives.
I guess those are all my favorites?
Not the easiest food item to narrow down to just one.
