A pizza so good we gave it his name! Fresh spinach, mushrooms and sliced tomatoes covered with a blend of mozzarella, romano and cheddar cheese.

Depends on my mood really.
I like ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, sliced sausage, and meatball for meat. Green olives and jalapenos for other toppings.
Generally I will just get one meat and one other topping or just one meat.
Edit: I like the California Pizza Kitchen margherita pizza too every once in awhile.

Prosuitto, portabella mushrooms, feta, roasted garlic, sausage, onion, basil, mozzarella on thin, wood-fired crust
That's my snob answer. My most-often ordered pizza, however, is Round Table's King Arthur Supreme, without olives

You can do, say, think whatever you want. That doesn't change the fact that I think Midwest pizza styles are god awful.
