it varies
thin crust, a thin amt of olive oil, add fresh thinly sliced garlic, sauteed mushrooms, cheese
a nice totally thin crust margherita w/ fresh basil and fresh mozzarella
red sauce pizza can have any of the following:
hamburger
pepperoni
green peppers
onions
mushrooms
jalapenos
extra cheese
fresh garlic
black olives
tomatoes
leeks
then you can get in to specialty ones with duck and such
the only thing that never belongs on a pizza is pineapple!
slice a fresh pineapple, grill it and serve it warm. there, now you have dessert too
