Dont knock unions or even the threat of a union coming in until you work in a "free-will" state.
Especially a state like Oklahoma, where the only labor right laws are the federal laws that they have to abide by.
I understand now why unions where formed to begin with.
So yeah all those worker right laws that you take for granted in your state aren't the same from state to state or region to region.
Like here a employer can make you work a full shift without a break as long as they dont employ minors.
If they have one minor employed, then federal labor laws take effect.
