I'm in Lincoln, CA, about 60 miles NE from Sac. Its a little farm town they decided to modernize and turn into a bedroom community. Lots of new houses, no new apartments and since I watch grandkids I need to (and want to) stay close to the family.
I took THE only available unit in the 3 livable complexes. Tons in the next two towns which does me no good until I can drive again.
