An apartment became available in this podunk town and I got it!!!
May 1st my life improves beyond words.

That's just about how bad it is out here. All the people that were foreclosed out of their big houses took all the apartments. Hardly see any houses for sale right now.

Yeah. It's definitely a landlords market. We had our rent house come up vacant last year and had it rented before we even had time to clean it properly.
