I keep getting connection lost - end of stream and ocasionally outdated client. I'm pretty sure I just updated to the latest...
Argh this sucks I've been waiting weeks for a reset and now I can't get on.

and then I get outdated version every time if I try doing direct connect.

I was getting same issue drack, delete your bin folder and dl fresh copy then replace with the snapshot file, fixes the issue  |

I did that but still the same thing. Already 5 people on... I'm jealous lol.

open %APPDATA%
find the .minecraft folder, rename it.
Download the current release from mojang.
Launch it and create a new SP world, test to see if that's working fine.
Close MC completely.
Download the latest snapshot .jar and place it in the new .minecraft/bin
Relaunch and try connecting.
Though the server appears to be down right now. Edit Nope, it's up. Damn you internet.

Haha you woke up right when I was messing with spawn settings. I downed it for like 5 minutes.

So Iron Golems are beasts...
I setup a battleground and was dropping enders into it and they went to town on them.
The downside seems to be if their target "escapes" from them they sit in the corner and pout.

OK the spawn has been moved to the plains area, by the river, between the town and the jungle (where the spawn used to be).
