The first shot it might be easier to just start over raw, no imports, no landing zone, etc. Just load a new map and we all hit the ground running. Be easy enough to start leveling the ground and building a town around it. I think it would be more challenging that way too which would be a good thing. 
Tempted to just drop the weekly as a fresh server and dump the old one.

I'm perfectly fine with that.
Moving the 'official' spawn is super easy if/when we find a nice spot to make a town. (Nbtedit)

So server in the raw with no bennies? Just latest weekly and fire it up in hard? I'm down with that.
I think we need to do it a'la Land of the Lost though. Start securing the area around the drop then spread out a town from there securing it as we go to make a nice city.
