Oh they are there. Dynmap is down but there were a couple in the ocean. Not sure the closest but I know there were one or two on that long finger heading to the other continent.

Speaking of dynmap... any problems since I killed all the plugins? I'll check for updates this weekend and maybe we can try turning some stuff back on. Busy week though so can't do it until then.

I've seen some lag when I was the only one on. I checked to see if my bandwidth was being consumed by something else but it wasn't. It still could have been internet related.
Other than the world loading slower (ever since we went to 1.1) it has seemed stable without Dynmap and LWC.

I finally have come up with a project other than my humdrum little houses that I place randomly whenever I get lost lol 
My daughter has me thoroughly hooked on runescape (my god, why didn't I try it earlier?!) and while staring at my map (I keep getting lost, big surprise!) I realized I could very easily recreate the castles/towns in minecraft. Going to see how close I can get to mirroring the newbie one first since it is most basic

Good to know. When I am going over things this weekend I will update to the recommended and see if I can't get some of the plugins back up. We seem to be stable now with them off though so the crashing was something to do with the mods and not the server itself (whew).
