Moved cubbie's portal in the nether up to 115 and now eridyn and arekthrorn's portals are linking properly.
Please let me know if any others are messing up, we can fix it. (Though it likel means moving the portal that you're incorrectly landing at on the nether side.)

What happened to the spawns?
None of my grinders are working anymore, stuff despawning and/or not spawning at all.

Natural grinders or dungeon spawner based ones?
My skeletons and zombies are apawning fine. I just took a wander and regular stuff is spawning too.
