Speaking of underwater work. I found the victory monument and filled some of it. I am now building underwater air traps and trying to find some gold at the bedrock level under the island.

I spent some time this morning harvesting wood and collecting cobble from one of the pillars.
I saw your stair on the mossy thing, there was two sets of 6 spawners in that general area. Another set I'm pretty sure farther along the wall. Haven't been exploring at all.

I saw the progress. Expanded the tree farm a bit and converted lots of wood to coal. Found the victory monument when I was mining that iron on the top of the caverns, by the stairs up to the desert, which also means we have lots of iron now too and access to more.

We threw a survival map up on another instance of the server. It is on 25566 if you want to check it out. It is much friendlier than it was to start but it is still pretty hostile.

Yeah but this guy makes hostile survival maps that you can download. They are pretty fun solo and multi just adds another dimension to it.

The ground is pretty clear for the wander except the sides where the spawner blocks are still active and deeper in. Up the middle though there is plenty of iron, diamonds and gold. I ran ledges along the obsidian walls to get a look around and there are tons of resources to be had. Holy crap though cracking that castle is going to suck balls. There are dozens of spawners scattered all over the different levels of it. I'm guessing there are a couple monument chests in there.

Thanks to heartburn, I disabled a bunch of the spawner pods up on the wall. We can get at 3 of the green tower things pretty easily now. Doesn't seem to be anything in the ones I peeked at.
Oh wel, we can wander up there and have a nice view of hell.
