Was in for a bit, bad lag. Then a disconnect and can't connect again. Kinda like yesterday.
Edit: I did get rail laid all the way to connect too.
Yeah we had spotty lag this morning when I was playing too.
I restarted and backed up. I'll look at the log and see if there is anything in it.

Looks like something has a leak. We're crashing out when the memory is all used up. Pretty impressive since I allocate like 6Gb to the MC server, lol. I was hoping we were past all that when they cleared it up last time.

Thought I'd get all sorts of fancy and make all the floors in my Zombie Land castle except ground level out of dyed wool. Got everything finished and it looked great. But then I got the idea of building a bridge between the two major towers which guard the waterway to the main castle. I figured what was needed was a secret door behind the fire place which would open onto the bridge. Project finished it looked fantastic so I put down some nether blocks then fire. Great effect. From inside the tower I went through the secret door onto the bridge, crossed over to the other town, opened the secret door and walked into the tower room. I was was on fire, no problem I run back out and dive off the bridge into the water. But then I noticed the 'carpet' was on fire. I grabbed a bucket of water from chest that was close but by then (matter of a few seconds) the who place was engulfed in flames and I was near death so I ran out then dove into the river.
When I went back inside the tower the entire place was gutted carpet, chests, 'furniture'.
I figure even if I cheat to get back all the raw materials it'll take several hours to repair the damage. Floors this time will be stone of some sort....screw the posh up scale castle crap.

I've been playing on a friends server... Started up a new Diamond mine.
I may end up turning this thing into a Mob Grinder.. it's getting pretty big:

I've learned to light the fires in fireplaces first, then build everything else after if it's flammable material. There's some weirdness with the lighter sometimes.

Yeah something introduced a pretty vicious memory leak. Seems to make it about 24 hours before it goes totally tits up and that is with 6 Gigs allocated to the MC server. It is back up now.
