Under ground weather? I carved out a huge cavern at bedrock so that I could build Castillo (Mayan pyramid at Chichen-Itza). Inside the cavern I've started hearing weather sounds but so far not actually seen any weather. Anyone know if weather can be generated underground if the space is large enough?

I don't think it can but you can certainly hear rain from pretty far away i've been deep underground and heard it before the sound is kind of buggy

I've noticed even deep underground I can hear the weather above though I never see it. I would imagine it is a sound only thing.

Oh well! The thundering which seemed near constant last night any time I entered the Chichen Itza cavern made for a nice effect.

Server could use a reboot every 5-10 ish minutes a big lag spike happens and all the blocks i just broke up respawn

Yeah it is inconsistent which makes me think it is a plugin that is doing it and only when certain conditions are met. When it happens though it locks that puppy right down.

you should put on the website what mods you are using on the server
also what are the sign mods ? like the message of the day what do you mean by that?

Make a sign with [Disposal] in the top line, including the brackets. The text will turn blue when you finish the sign. When you right click the sign it opens a chest interface. Anything you put in there vanishes forever when you close it.
But who throws anything out?
