I don't need the entire thing. Just the last bit were the wire being active meant the door was closed. Or am I being dense and it was just a matter of how you hinged the door?
Edit: Never mind. I've been using wood doors for my tests so how they are hinged doesn't make it clear. I should probably try iron. I'm sure it's just a matter of the door being hinged on the left or right. One of the two will require active redstone to be closed. I can't remember which one though.

Yeah it is where the hinge is in relation to the redstone IIRC.

Oh let me check. I rearranged somethings on my bench last night to get a new computer up there for testing. I might've disconnected something.
Actually it was crashed. One of the kids was playing with speed and flight hacks while I was on and it was lagging things up. Wonder if he crashed it after I left.
Either way it is back up now.

buwahaha ok playing on 56k connection, actually not lagging and I expected to be rubber-banding all over.
What was the solution to not being about to use your chests (also I can mine, but nothing drops lol.. bah)? Only mod I have installed is singleplayer commands... safe to assume that is the issue since it is client side?

Yeah it appears to be client side. I did some ts on the server and it did no good but as soon as he removed and resintalled the latest minecraft he was fine.
I think he had SPC installed too... maybe it breaks something.

i had loads of problems and reinstalling MC fixed them all, i only had SPC installed

SPC was updated to fix that. The first one for 1.5 had the bug, the latest doesn't.

Was in for a bit, bad lag. Then a disconnect and can't connect again. Kinda like yesterday.
Edit: I did get rail laid all the way to connect too.
