Bah found some time and bukkit servers are spitting out 503s left and right. I will try and make some time later. Shouldn't be too hard since I am working 24/7 right now so am at the computer most of the day and night.

i wonder if weather will even work with how biomes are set in the old world 
edit
also do stargates work from say old world to new world to netherworld?

Yes, my understanding is weather patterns will move through the old biomes as long as they are the proper ones.
Yes, all portal tech is world aware including... stargates, home, warp, spawn, etc.

Server is current again. Looks like most plugins are explicitly updated but the few that aren't still work fine.

Yeah antibuild seems to be broken. Had to log to get some work done though. Will be back to check on it in a bit though. Will probably just remove it initially to see if that is it.
