hes saying you can get banned if you use a time card that someone bought with stolen paypal or a credit card.
so if someone reports that timecard was bought fraudulently, then the bank takes back their money, and mythic will ban the account using that card.

i bought it off origin but since i used their quickpay option instead of pay pal they ran it through some punk ass fraud department and then said that it looked like a suspicious purchase and canceled it.
I bought it with my card. I didnt use Pay Pal cause i thought quick pay was quicker.
