Be careful though. It takes ppl 5 mins to get a stolen Paypal Acc. If they pay the gametimecard with that acc, it will take a few days but if paypal recognizes you or better your Acc is in serious trouble.

Not sure if I fully understand what you're saying...the general sense that I get is that I need to be careful if i'm using paypal for this sort of transaction?

Just be careful if someone you dont know offers you stuff online he could have bought via paypal.. like a gametimecard. ppl faking/stealing paypal accs a lot in the last month.
