timing dds, using the songs, getting the side chain stun in, using ranged interupts on the right targets, kiting if needed, there is a lot more to do than to just slam and polearm spam. Using all the abilities in the right way requires knowledge about other classes, timing them right and coordination. If you are a great gamer you will pick it up fast but for 99% of people this wont be true, just simply because of a lack of knowledge about the game mechanics.

i saw his FG in thid, our duo ripped him and /rofled him over and over.
i wanted to switch realms when we loged to /send him "welcome to daoc" but meh, retarded giving him bad advice on his website, they were telling him to do kill tasks from guards instead of BG quests.

Damn dude you are so cool! Acting like this and attempting to get someone to rage quit reeks of a lonely scrub irl 
Anyway for the rest, his column isn't meant to be an end game review/journey as that would take way to much time to give every game an end game review. He basically just spends a little amount of time a week playing and reviewing a games new player experience from the aspect of a total noob. He throws up polls to see what the people interested in seeing the game want him to try.
His column was never really supposed to be aimed at veterans of the game unless they are curious how a totally new player to the game sees Daoc. While it would be nice to see him put a lot more effort and do full reviews of the complete offering from his chosen games that is a huge time investment when you have other profanity to do. So just face it he won't get to NF rvr and he won't sing the praises most want to hear about how daoc is the greatest pvp game ever, also calling him an idiot just shows how much of an idiot YOU really are

well thats the chance of any kind of daoc revival out the window.
come play daoc, all the xp areas are empty, nobody talks so it feels dead, then when i went to rvr some uber buffed twinked duo killed us repeatedly because they know the game mechanics and we hadnt got a clue.
i can see the readers of massively flocking to this great user experience ^^
