Apparently, they will.

Blue Post: It is usually best to start a new thread if the one you find is more than a few days old.

In either case though Teufelgott is correct. Please submit an in-game petition if you haven't done so already and report that you are missing those pet's on this character. Our In-Game Support staff should be able to verify ownership of those pets and restore them to this character.

Our current queue times are a bit longer than normal so make sure you leave your petition open and someone will be with you as soon as possible.

There are those who play tank classes, and those that tank.

Anyone else think it's odd there is nothing special announced on the actual Anniversary date? Not a complaint, just kinda puzzling why they don't start this ON the date

Also.. wouldn't it be cool to get a special "you've been with us since day 1" achievment or keepsake for those of us who have been here every single day of that 6 years?

They forgot to add it to the 4.0.3a patch that might go live next week. So they have to hotfix it in the week after at the next maint. Just a guess. My guess also includes the possibility that they've been so busy at Blizzard this year that the little things are slipping hrough the cracks.

ha, your not alone

6 years, my account and the wife's, 72 months at $14.99-$2158.56. Damn

I've never complained about the cost to play. It's by far the cheapest form of entertainment I have. To me, I spend a little too much time entertaining myself

You guys do realize that the collectors edition pets do not go away when you learn them so all you do is make a new toon, retrieve them from the mail, and then mail them to your main.

That's true. Thank you.

Edit: True except for the soulbound pets, of course.

yeah the cost is very little but to see a number like $2,000 is still kinda shocking even though its over 6 years. but college tuition was like $100 a day and i skipped lots of class days so i guess its nothing in comparison.

Well, let's compare two forms of entertainment then...

The Avatar Special Edition 3 Blu-Ray set I just bought contains a 3 hours movie (long version) and over 8 hours of bonuses and features. That's 11 hours of entertainment I paid 22 Euros, so that's a 2 Euro per hour value.

A month of WoW costs 13 euros (if using month by month payment), for something I can log in anytime, for a full month, for as many hours as I want. Let's say someone plays not much, like "only" 5 hours per week, that's 20 hours per month... a 0.65 Euro per hours value. And most play more than 5 hours per week.

Yeah, a MMORPG is still a very cheap form of entertainment.

SWTOR: 50 Jedi Shadow (Tank), 50 Sith Marauder (Annihilation).
LOTRO: Lifetime account, playing very casually.
WoW: Both accounts canceled for now.
GW2: Future Warrior.
