I play and consider myself part of the "monster" races, whichever those happen to be on any game. In DAoC, I was midgard. In WoW, I'm horde. Playing the "bad guys" is always more fun in games, IMO. "Good guys" are boring and predictable, especially the totally misunderstood, angry and injustly put-upon Son of the Light.

horde at heart... but nothing is better than my gnome
Started horde first. quit.
Came back and played alliance up until BC and got into PVP. Alliance were terrible at PVP and I got sick of it. I LOVED my gnome warlock that I played with my brother and his gnome warlock. To this day those gnome warlocks will always hold a place in my heart. HOWEVER we re-rolled back to horde and made undead warlocks and made a new home with the horde again.
We got really bored near the end of this season on our mains (we were sitting on our arena score) so we played those guys again in arena and had a blast.

I've always seen myself as Alliance but I tend to play the Horde in beta and on the PTR to experience the other faction. Not really sure why. I wanted to be roll an Undead Rogue for release, but all my friends were going Alliance.

Started on day 1 of release as Alliance because the Guild I was in chose that faction. After my first break, I switched to Horde and never looked back. I just like the grittier feel of the Horde. I might try a Worgen Druid at Cat just for something completely new. I put many hours into gearing my Horde DK, Shammy, and Priest and would not mind some new scenery.

I have leveled up several different alliance toons to the level cap across a few different accounts, whether it was during early vanilla or WotLK. Highest I ever got any horde toon was about level 28.
I definitely consider myself Alliance, and I really do not consider how changes affect the Horde.

I play wherever my friends are. The decision was made to play horde and we've been there ever since.

I am Horde and have no life.
11 Horde 80's, and 3 Alliance 80's. (prolly going to level another alt to 80 later today also.)
I just like the Horde side better.
