Then it wasn't for your spec. The loot system works as well as it ever has right now. If it is for OS or alt, ask your group. There is absolutely nothing that drops from any Heroic that most people need these days so whenever people ask, it is quite common on my server that everyone lets them have it. Courtesy, even in PUG's, can sometimes go a long way.

It wasnt a massive upgrade and at this point in the game no one really cared. Oh it wasnt H, just normal but loot rules should be the same.
